Services: Internal Painting to the general surfaces to the 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom Houses, and to the 1 Bedroom Apartments and Communal Areas.

Challenges: Constant Delays by other Trades. Working 7 days a week to meet the Handover Dates.

Results: Ongoing, to completion 5th December 2014.

I know Simon has already Emailed, but I wanted to add my thanks and praise for the lads working in Block 35 communal areas over the last two weeks.

Alan Foster, Mike Toombs, Mike Holiday and Paul Jones worked in very trying circumstances, with other trades working around them and still managed to complete the work ahead of schedule and just as importantly, without a word of complaint.
